Sr. Digital Marketing & Content Creator

Profile Overview:

• We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketer & Content Strategist who can blend innovation with data-driven insights to craft impactful digital campaigns.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and multimedia design, with a deep understanding of audience behavior and country-specific trends across regions such as the USA, Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Africa.
• This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and storytelling across multiple digital platforms through high-quality content and creative strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Development

• Research and analyze audience behavior and USA, Mexico, Thailand county trends to inform content strategy.
• Identify content gaps and propose innovative formats to elevate brand storytelling.
• Develop a quarterly content calendar integrating organic and paid media activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute high-impact digital campaigns.

Content Creation & Design

• Create engaging and platform-optimized content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, blogs, brochures, flyers, event presentations,social media, Press Release, Guest Post, Hosted Reports, E books etc.
• Support in designing visually compelling creatives for both digital and print marketing.
• Guide to produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for various platforms.
• Repurpose existing content into localized versions tailored for different regions.

Event & Brand Support

• Design event presentations (PPTs) and marketing collaterals for trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Develop event branding kits including banners, standees, invitations, and digital promos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand visuals and messaging.
• Maintain brand alignment across all marketing and communication channels.

Key Competencies

• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising requirements for Meta and Google platforms.
• Ability to adapt designs and content for diverse regions and cultural preferences.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and multimedia design.
• Proven experience developing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, audience segmentation, and content optimization across B2B Saas domain.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
