Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of electrical control panels as per project requirements and standards.
• Review and finalize electrical drawings, GA drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) within project timelines.
• Ensure accuracy in design calculations, material selection, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for design approvals and technical clarifications.
• Supervise and guide the design team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical support to production and testing teams during panel assembly and FAT.

Estimation Responsibilities:

• Evaluate tenders and prepare accurate cost estimates within deadlines.
• Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements for pricing.
• Float enquiries to vendors and prepare techno-commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Maintain confidentiality of costing data and ensure ISO documentation compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and drawing records.
• Support management in process improvement and team development initiatives.
