Sr Delivery Manager (Automation)

As a candidate for the mentioned job role, you will be responsible for delivering the following: - Work on the overall Solution & Design of the New opportunities and ensure the best fit solution is following governance process within the Center of Excellence (CoE). - Maintain a Continuous Improvement mindset and challenge the status quo across the CoE. - Explore all available technologies to create a To Be Solution that is cost-effective. - Collaborate with Architects on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) / Proof of Technologies (PoTs) and integrate them within the CoE for new opportunities/Change Requests (CRs). - Create business cases and have a thorough understanding of key business metrics. - Work with the Program Manager to define plans for the sub-portfolio based on market research and business goals to generate value. - Lead DevOps squads in building and running digital applications. - Manage overall milestone planning, execution, delivery, and release of complex cross-team engineering initiatives. - Provide visibility of deliverables to stakeholders and the wider team. - Communicate delays and blockers to stakeholders when required to assist the delivery function. - Guide teams in reflecting, identifying improvements, and embedding innovative approaches to enhance performance. Identify technical blockers and work with teams to resolve them efficiently. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field with deep knowledge of Automation Technologies. - 8-12 years of relevant experience in Automation project delivery & operations. - Master's degree in business administration is a plus. - PMP/ACP/SAFe/Agile Coach Certification is a plus. - Strong Stakeholder Management & Program Delivery experience. - Strong Communication & Governance experience. - Strong Solution mindset across emerging technologies. - Proficiency in Intelligent Automation, GenAi, Microsoft based offerings. - Extensive Automation Knowledge across technologies & associated Delivery experience. This job role requires a candidate with a strong background in Automation project delivery, stakeholder management, and program delivery, along with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation within the CoE.,
