Monitor projects closely, acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, addressing delays, and ensuring smooth progress. Execute projects from start to finish, coordinating with the Finance Team for payments. Constantly browse freelance websites and portals to identify new talent sources. Periodically review vendor work quality, provide feedback on issues, and identify replacements if improvements are not met. Who You Could Be Background and Experience 46 years of experience in content sourcing, preferably within online, gaming, or entertainment industries. Proven ability in understanding dependencies, resource management, and communication. Detail-oriented with a focus on the execution and planning of tasks. Ability to multitask and handle multiple small projects simultaneously. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Commerce or higher. Certification in Project Management preferred.
