Role Description:

Sr. Data Scientist -

Remote ; Total exp: 6+ years

Key responsibilities :

AI/ML Development

• Build, deploy, and manage end-to-end ML models (churn, attribution, escalation, renewals, etc.).
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work on generative AI initiatives optimizing and evaluating AI agents, LLMs, and conversational systems.

Business & Strategy

• Partner with GTM, GCS, Product, and Finance teams to convert business challenges into data science solutions.
• Present insights, recommendations, and model outcomes in a clear, actionable manner.

Data Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with data engineering teams to develop clean, scalable datasets for analytics and ML.
• Support both batch and real-time data workflows.

Required Experience

• 7+ years in data science with hands-on ML model development and deployment.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Strong SQL and experience with feature engineering and analytical datasets.
• Experience working on

  Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI)

• Experience with Tableau/Looker or similar BI tools.
• Ability to work independently and deliver full-cycle ML solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, LangChain/LlamaIndex/HuggingFace.
• Background in customer analytics (risk, churn, escalation, renewals).
• Knowledge of causal inference or time-series modelling.
