Role Overview: Galytix (GX) is a firm delivering Agentic AI for financial services, established in 2015 by credit and insurance experts in collaboration with AI engineers. The GX financial services specialised AI Agents aim to empower credit and risk professionals with a trusted and personalized agent that enhances productivity and decision-making. The Agentic AI technology, developed in partnership with global Financial Institutions (FIs), utilizes a multi-model approach to deliver trustworthy outcomes by combining industry-specific data and domain knowledge with human oversight. GX AI Agents are currently assisting banks and insurers in gaining new insights, reducing costs, automating workflows, and transforming day-to-day work experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Process, analyze, and synthesize information to solve live client problems at scale - Develop machine learning models for extracting insights from structured and unstructured data in areas like NLP and Computer Vision - Prototype, develop, implement, and integrate individual solutions in a production environment Qualifications Required: - University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or similar - 6+ years of experience in Data Mining, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and computer vision - Familiarity with Large Scale/ Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, PrestoDb - Hands-on experience in developing ML models using Python and R frameworks, and applying them on real client use cases - Proficiency in deep learning stacks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow - Knowledge of parallelization and async paradigms in Python, Spark, Dask, Apache Ray - Interest in economic, financial, and business concepts - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills - Service-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate with international teams - Experience in team leadership is advantageous Additional Company Details: Galytix is a mission-driven organization revolutionizing the Insurance and Banking industry, focusing on customer-centric innovation.
