Senior Back End Engineer

As a Software Developer at Galytix (GX), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new features in applications using C#. You will be expected to have regular communication with other stakeholders involved in the development process, implement, test, and bug-fix functionality, and participate as a team member in the agile development process, including team meetings and code reviews. Additionally, you will provide support to end users. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of software development experience in C#, along with experience in .NET Core 2.2 or higher and WEB API (REST). Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, Design patterns, and SOLID principles is required, as well as solid knowledge and experience in SQL, EF, ADO.NET, Stored procedures, and query optimization. A B-Tech/BE degree in Computer Science/IT is also a must-have qualification. Optional skills that would be advantageous for this role include experience with HTML, JavaScript, and web development frameworks such as Angular, as well as experience in developing data-intensive applications and/or ETL processes. Knowledge of NoSQL technology, specifically MongoDB, and familiarity with CICD tools like Teamcity and Octopus, would be considered a plus.
