Job Summary:

Senior Content Writer


This role requires a blend of strong writing skills, content strategy, and leadership to ensure all content aligns with brand voice, SEO goals, and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and other digital assets.
  • Develop and implement a 

    content strategy

     aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the 

    Content Management System (CMS)

     for accurate publishing and organization.
  • Assign tasks to content team members and freelancers, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, tone, style, SEO, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to create impactful content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights for improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, SEO practices, and content marketing innovations.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in content writing and content strategy in IT industry.
    • Proven track record of managing content calendars and content teams.
    • Hands-on experience with popular 

      CMS platforms

       (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of 

      SEO best practices

       and ability to optimize content accordingly.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide junior writers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
