Strong command over American grammar, tone, sentence flow, and cultural context


You take pride in your writing and understand what it takes to produce at a high standard


No lazy or AI-generated content


Ability to self-edit and publish independently


Understanding of SEO and search intent


Capability to start writing, scaling, and meeting content calendar requirements from Day 1

1. Content Creation & Publishing


high-quality long-form content for a U.S. audience.

=> Publish independently on website (Basic WordPress Knowledge is needed)


2. Scale & Pipeline Ownership & Work with Team


high-volume content projects (100+ articles per month depending on strategy)

other writers and external contractors

publishing calendars and timelines across multiple projects


3. Content Marketing & Promotion on Social Media mainly Pinterest


You don't need hands-on experience in this, but you MUST have:


=> Understanding

Willingness to learn and do it

We will support and guide you in this area. Your responsibilities will include:


=> Plan and execute content marketing campaigns through platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, and others.

Canva

=> Develop and implement strategies to drive organic reach, engagement, and sustainable traffic growth.


4. Performance Focus

6. Hands-on Execution

=> Create basic visual assets independently using Canva or similar tools.

=> Be comfortable executing tasks yourself initially, learning through doing, and then delegating effectively as the team grows.
