A proven ability to identify, design, develop and implement SAP solutions that meet the unique needs of the customer, experience in leading a project from start to finish is a mustBroad SAP knowledge with direct experience in data migration and interface development in addition to functional consultingDeep understanding of cross functional integration across SAPA proven ability to identify, design, develop and implement SAP solutions that meet the unique needs of the customer, experience in leading a project from start to finish is a mustBroad SAP knowledge with direct experience in data migration and interface development in addition to functional consultingDeep understanding of cross functional integration across SAPPrior experience working with established solutioning tools, process and methodsGood understanding of various SAP Offerings specially SAP RISEHave delivery and pre-sales experience in ASEAN regionPrepare Technical solution, staffing plan, Cost case, Proposal, and other relevant documentsPrepare and Participate in Orals and PoC demos; ability to design the demo scenarios and manage a small team for demo preparation within short time cycle availableMentor other solution architectsParticipate in delivery projects as a SME; problem solvingUnderstanding of SAP assets, accelerators and automation toolsAbility to think out of box, generate Original ideas and help lead those initiatives through executionProven team management skills along with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Superior problem-solving skills with a client success focusAbility to work autonomously, managing a team to meet prescribed deadlinesProven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescalesRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseAround 12-14 years overall experience with minimum 8-10 years in SAP solutioning, delivery (atleast 3-4 years in S4 HANA), pre-sales and project management.Experience in area of SAP SD, SAP MM/EWM, SAP PM, SAP PPPerson should have prior solutioning experience in a SAP consulting organizations in sales and delivery roleShould have completed E2E pre-sales / solutioning of atleast 3 SAP S4HANA projects of more than 5 M each and proven track record of contributing to winsAt YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
