Dynamics of the Role

As a Sr. Consultant – Product Ops & Strategy lead, the person will be responsible for being involved in detailed product strategy on an ongoing basis, engage on key initiatives of the organization and work closely with the leadership team on various strategic initiatives and business cases.

The role is unique from the perspective that it will need understanding of a very wide range of solutions and industries. Solutions range from Alternate date for Credit adjacencies, Fraud, Digital Onboarding, Marketing, communication services and industries ranging from BFSI, Ecom, FMCG, telemarketers etc.

The incumbent would need to work closely with other functional leaders to gather information and translate them into comprehensive and meaningful information. S/he will be responsible for contributing meaningfully to all the strategic initiatives across TransUnion INDAS.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up processes around Product Operations, revenue tracking, Sales pipeline, training etc
• Work closely and contribute to all the strategic initiatives being run by TransUnion INDAS.
• Work closely with Management team and co-ordinate on overall INDAS MBR reportings and other strategic presentations.
• Work closely with head - S&P and other functional leaders on all the strategic projects and business cases.
• Understand and review market landscape and work closely with central team to evaluate new opportunities.
• Work closely with international and CoE teams to bring in the best practices and set up robust processes around product and sales operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with Master’s degree a plus
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business processes, strategy , product & sales operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities – ability to clearly and concisely present insights, key trends, performance metrics and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Strong inter personal skills, self motivated and an individual who can take ownership and execute.
• Ability to work both independently and across functional teams to co-ordinate on multiple strategic or day to day operations and projects.
• Ability to work in a very dynamically and constantly evolving environment.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
