Job Description

Job Description

The Senior Consultant, will be expected to do the following:

Work within a project team
Assist senior management in delivering people related solutions to our clients for HR transformation

Qualifications/ Educational Background:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
MBA from a reputed institution/ university

Experience:

3+ years of HR consulting experience in a Big 4; or in a HR project based organization of international repute.

Job Skills:
Should be able to:

Conduct Job evaluation and grading exercises
Develop Competency frameworks
Develop organization structures, job descriptions
Develop HR policies, processes and procedures
Assist senior management in designing solutions to address Talent Management challenges., employee performance evaluation, reward structure, succession & career planning,

The position requires:

Strong consulting report writing skills
Strong analytical skills to conduct desk-top research, gather market intelligence on matters related to the consultancy projects, make sound recommendation based on the outcome of the research
Use process analysis tools to develop process maps on visio of other related tools
Strong communication & power point presentation skills
Skills in Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Travel across the Middle East will be required regularly.
