About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Conference Producer to manage high-impact marketing and advertising IPs across conferences, webinars, round tables, and awards. You will own the entire event lifecycle—from concept to execution—working closely with senior leaders, industry experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, curate, and execute events end-to-end, including agenda creation, concept notes, and speaker lists.
• Collaborate with senior industry leaders to secure speakers, jury members, and strategic partners.
• Develop event themes, topics, and content through research and industry interaction.
• Drive delegate acquisition and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Oversee creative direction for various platforms and manage social media strategy.
• Coordinate partnerships, media tie-ups, and event publicity.
• Manage event flow, emcee scripts, A/V production, and post-event updates.
• Work closely with tech, editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 3–4+ years of experience in conference production, event management, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking abilities.
• Creative thinker with a flair for content curation.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
