As a member of the team at Scribe Minds & Media, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of effective B2B physical events that target the right audience. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential delegates who would benefit from attending our events, researching and identifying relevant companies aligned with our target audience, and conducting thorough research to pinpoint key contacts within these companies. You will be expected to initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, effectively communicate the value and benefits of attending our events, and follow up with prospects to ensure their participation while providing necessary event details. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in B2C sales, event marketing, or event management within the professional services and hospitality, leisure, travel industry. Any prior experience within this field would be considered a strong advantage. We are looking for a team player who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, adapt to changing environments, and excel as a networker and relationship builder.
