Sr. Client Project Manager / Project Manager- Payments

You will be responsible for ensuring that new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service that meets customer expectations and contractual agreements. Your primary focus will be on flawless delivery, supporting functional/technical teams in solving complex challenges, and fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. As a Project Manager at ACI, you will oversee the development and implementation process of the company's products and services. This will involve coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new products or upgrades. You will monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, scheduling, budget management, and ensuring completion within schedule and budget constraints. Your role will also require translating customer business needs into specific tasks, activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, measuring, monitoring, and overseeing Customer Services projects. You will be accountable for the final outcomes of assigned projects or phases of customer programs, managing release planning, resources, project change requests, and associated contract processes. Additionally, you will lead project management process improvements, evaluate business opportunities, recommend solutions, and exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors. In this role, you will facilitate team events, support the Product Owner, build high-performing teams, and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Your knowledge, skills, and experience should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 12+ years of project and program management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
