Sr. Client Project Manager / Project Manager- Payments

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring that new and existing ACI customers receive exceptional delivery service that aligns with their expectations and contractual agreements. Your primary duties will involve overseeing flawless delivery, supporting functional/technical teams in resolving complex challenges, and fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the development and implementation process of the company's products and services. - Coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products. - Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, scheduling, and budget management. - Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints. - Translate customers" business needs into specific tasks and activities. - Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Lead project management process improvement initiatives and best practice assignments. - Evaluate business opportunities and recommend solutions to meet ACI's financial needs. - Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and promote Agile principles within the team. - Facilitate team events and meetings, including Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, and Iteration Review. - Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guiding the team. - Focus on improving team dynamics and performance, coaching the team in self-management. - Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cooperation and information exchange. - Understand customers" goals, business needs, and current economic trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum of 12 years of project and program management experience. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, etc. - Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
