Job Description

About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Category Manager to lead their sell-side category growth. You will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and seller performance for assigned product categories. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially savvy, and skilled in cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the category strategy and manage full P&L to meet growth targets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key sellers and partners.
  • Identify assortment gaps and drive seller onboarding to expand product variety.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to optimize pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead seasonal campaigns and contribute to long-term category planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in category management in B2C e-commerce.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
