Role Description . Key Responsibilities: · Lead Engagement & Conversion: o Respond promptly to inquiries from potential leads via phone, email, and chat. o Clearly articulate program details, benefits, and outcomes to prospective candidates/students. o Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. o Convert leads into active participants by recommending suitable subscriptions and courses offered on our platform. · Career Counseling & Development: o Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to assess candidates'/students' career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development. o Administer and interpret career assessment tools (e.g., aptitude tests, personality inventories) to provide tailored guidance. o Assist candidates/students in setting realistic career goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them. o Provide resources and advice on education options, vocational training, and job opportunities aligned with their objectives. · Program Support & Client Success: o Offer continuous support to candidates/students throughout their engagement with MentorKart, addressing any concerns or challenges. o Notify users about upcoming interviews, events, sessions, and new course offerings. o Provide post-enrollment assistance, ensuring candidates/students derive maximum value from our programs. · Career Readiness Training: o Guide candidates/students in crafting compelling resumes and cover letters. o Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to enhance interview performance. o Share effective job search strategies and networking techniques to improve employment outcomes. Qualifications Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management Experience in Student (Graduate) career Counseling (1-3 Years) Excellent Communication skills Ability to empathize and build relationships with Students and Professionals Previous experience in career counseling or related fields is beneficial Bachelor's degree Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Show more Show less
