Sr. Business Development Officers

As a Business Development Officer at Xpress Labels Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services in the industry, focusing on the Northern Kerala region (Calicut, Kannur, Malappuram). With a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and exceeding sales targets. Your duties will involve actively seeking new leads through methods such as cold calling and networking, as well as nurturing relationships with current clients to identify opportunities for upselling. Working closely with marketing and customer support teams, you will ensure a seamless client experience and provide regular performance reports using CRM software. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities will be essential to maintaining a competitive edge. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows will also be part of your role to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Flexibility to travel and meet potential customers as needed is required to succeed in this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets. Effective time management and organizational abilities will be crucial to handle multiple clients and deadlines successfully.
