We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (3-4 years’ experience) to lead growth in eco-friendly solutions and build lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in sustainable products & services.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, trends & competitors.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Draft proposals, contracts & manage sales reports.
• Represent the company at industry events & sustainability platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of proven experience in business development/sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently & drive revenue targets.
• (Female candidates preferred for this role.)
