Sr. Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the business development initiatives for the Bangalore region for the company.
• End-to-end sales (Lead Generation, Business Strategy Development, Scheduling Appointments, Demonstrating the products, and closing the deal).
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve high revenue.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Utilize various channels such as networking, referrals, industry events, and online research to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads.
• Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities.
• should be comfortable going on the field and traveling at the assigned area allocated Also will be involved in the screening of potential deals by analysis of market strategies, details of deal requirements as well as financials
• Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
