Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Experience: 2+ Years Location: [Your Location] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of non-IT roles across departments like sales, marketing, finance, operations, logistics, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements for non-IT roles and prepare job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up through the recruitment process. Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
