Sr. Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be crucial to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. It will be important to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that match their business objectives. Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system will be necessary to track progress effectively. You will need to meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and policies. Collaborating with the marketing team to leverage lead generation strategies and promotions will be part of your role. Providing regular feedback and insights to the management team to enhance sales strategies will be key to improving performance. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities is essential to stay ahead in the market. Participation in team meetings and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team will be expected. This is a Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship position. The benefits include food provided and paid sick time, with the option to work from home. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work schedule will be a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home on Saturdays. Fluency in English is required for this role.
