At PSR Compliance, we empower businesses by providing end-to-end support in regulatory approvals and compliance solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who is ambitious, client-focused, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & develop new business opportunities in compliance and licensing services.
• Manage client requirements across EPR, LMPC, Drug License, Legal Metrology, FSSAI, BIS, Company Registration, and more.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat & referral business.
• Lead client interactions and mentor junior team members.
• Consistently achieve business growth & revenue targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven BD experience (preferably in compliance/consulting industry).
• Good understanding of regulatory approvals & licensing processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Leadership qualities with strong negotiation & closing skills.
