Job Summary


Senior Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound student queries and proactively follow up with leads (database provided).

  • Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollment and achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct 

    virtual counseling sessions

     and product demos for prospective students.

  • Match educational programs with individual career goals.

  • Present product knowledge confidently and persuasively.

  • Build long-term relationships with students through active listening and empathy.

  • Maintain accurate lead records and track progress in 

    CRM systems

    .

  • Share weekly performance and sales reports with management.

  • Ensure student satisfaction to boost referrals and retention.

  • Stay updated on new programs and industry trends through regular training.


Candidate Requirements


  • 1–4 years of experience in 

    admissions counseling

     or 

    outbound sales

     (EdTech/education preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Confident, empathetic, and proactive in approach.

  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
