Job Summary The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions focusing on SFDC development and customization. With a hybrid work model and no travel requirements the candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive impactful outcomes for the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and customize SFDC solutions to meet business needs enhancing system functionality and user experience. Provide expert guidance on SFDC best practices ensuring optimal use of the platform. Conduct thorough testing of SFDC customizations to ensure quality and reliability of solutions. Oversee the implementation of SFDC enhancements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Monitor and evaluate SFDC system performance identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Create detailed documentation of SFDC processes and customizations for future reference and training purposes. Train and support end-users in the effective use of SFDC fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SFDC-related activities. Drive innovation by exploring new SFDC features and functionalities that can benefit the organization. Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing business processes and delivering impactful solutions. Qualifications Possess a strong background in SFDC development and customization with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
