Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Support the development and testing teams by providing clear and concise requirements.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
