Sr. Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure a high level of customer service.

• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
