Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance for employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships across all levels.
  • Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
