Job Description

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor branch performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
Identify opportunities for business growth and implement effective marketing strategies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to branch employees.
Ensure branch adherence to safety regulations and operational standards.
Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of banking, financial services, or related industries.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
