Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through inbound leads (calls, , and other channels). Proactively follow up on leads and convert them through outbound calling strategies. Clearly explain the organization’s services and value proposition to convert leads into successful enrollments. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions through effective online product demos. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the company's offerings and how they address prospect needs. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion metrics. Utilize CRM and other relevant tools to track lead progress and maintain updated records. Regularly report individual performance and sales objectives to the Manager. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote referrals. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay informed on service updates and market trends. Having working experience with International sales Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or admission counseling (EdTech or education domain preferred). Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and listening abilities. Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
