Sr Associate, Quality Assurance Engineering

As a Sr Associate, Quality Assurance Engineering at Fiserv, your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain client profiles in the Oracle database. You will work under general supervision within Professional Services and participate in new division-wide initiatives by providing operational support and analytical functions. Your solid understanding of business rules and configurability options associated with Fiserv banking products and services will be crucial in supporting Account Management, Accounting, Product, Development, QA, and other Fiserv teams as needed for client and product deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain client profiles in various systems across multiple environments - Configure financial institutions" products such as Popmoney, TransferNow, OpenNow/FundNow, and other banking products - Support and implement product upgrades, migrations, and maintenance projects - Develop a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge across all Fiserv products and share this knowledge with team members - Review technical requirements of client implementations and troubleshoot system configuration problems - Identify root causes of errors, make recommendations based on trends, and participate in planning, designing, and testing system upgrades and enhancements - Develop proactive tools to improve product configuration processes - Document system processes and data flows for the department - Perform other duties as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience with a focus on banking product lines and services - Strong knowledge of SQL basics and banking products/services - Ability to take initiative, drive process changes for improvements, and possess excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills In addition, you should have the following key skills/behaviors: - Stakeholder Partnership - Judgment - Team Leadership - Accountability & Commitment - Learning Agility - Business Acumen - Problem Solving - Process Adherence You should also have solid communication skills, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to balance workload effectively to meet deadlines.
