Role Description

Senior Associate – Communications

• Draft, edit, and proofread content such as reports, newsletters, press releases, blogs, and social media posts
• Collaborate with researchers, field staff, and leadership to shape narratives and knowledge products
• Support the development of impact reports, donor decks, and quarterly updates
• Maintain and organize content archives, communication materials, and donor reports
• Facilitate internal updates and documentation for organizational structure
• Familiarity with design tools

• Manage and update the organization’s website and social media platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Communication and Strategic Communications skills
• Experience in writing press releases and internal communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
