Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Risk Consulting team, specializing in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project audits, business process improvements, risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Audits:

Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance to planned processes and leading industry practices.

Reporting:

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and clients.

Problem Solving:

Identify operational issues and provide strategic solutions to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

Project Lifecycle Understanding:

Comprehensive knowledge of project phases from conceptualization to operationalization.

Sector:

Real Estate, Road, Water, Manufacturing Industry.

Project Functions:

Planning, Budgeting, Procurement and Contracting, Execution, Billing, Inventory management, Safety & Quality at site, Insurance & claims, Material Reconciliation.

Project Management Tools:

Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project (MSP) for developing baselines and enabling key project decisions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Stakeholder Management:

Proven experience in managing and engaging with various stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with digital technologies in real estate and infrastructure projects.

Team Handling

Collaboration:

Ability to work well in a team and in a high- performance, dynamic environment and guide and handhold.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel and undertake extended stays at client locations with periodic flybacks as per company policy / Team Guidelines.

Reimbursement for local boarding lodging expenses-

As per company policy.
