We are looking for a 4G Senior System Integration Engineer to deliver innovative functionalities to our customers and optimize our next generation of Open-RAN base-station products in LTE . This role is based in India and requires occasional travel for customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and live site deployments . What youll do: Ensure the product conformance to the Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP) . Contribute to reviewing the design of new radio cellular features (e.g., rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation). Challenge the implemented solutions and suggest improvements. Take ownership of features from early Proof of Concept through software implementation and release to customers . Analyze cellular system issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer trials, PoCs, and live deployments when required. What you should have: Expertise in 3GPP Radio protocols (LTE or 5G) and a strong understanding of wireless communication theory. Product and customer-oriented mindset with high curiosity for innovative solutions. Experience as a system engineer, including specification definition, verification, and software development methodologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, multi-site environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer PoCs and live site deployments. Fluent English. Education: B E/Btech or Masters in relevant field with a major in Computer Science / Electronics communication theory and systems and/or signal processing.

What you will do: Provide ongoing labs support to include deployment of new setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RF equipment, Linux servers and networking. Perform network administration including performing configuration of switching, installing cable and racking equipment. Maintain and support development infrastructure including deploying servers. Perform hardware assembly, maintenance, debugging, and corrective actions (e.g. recover failed disks). Create, update, edit IT support tickets and inventory system. Create and maintain documents containing policies and procedures. Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies. Troubleshooting: RF connectivity, root android phones, optic networks and interconnected systems. Able to perform physical tasks for a full day, including working with ladders and heavy equipment Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with rack construction, hardware assembly Laptops, Servers, Cell Phones - repair and prepare What you must have: Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a development lab environments Hands on knowledge with servers and switching, DHCP, routing, netplan configuration and VLAN s. Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, sub netting, IP addressing, and network layers (OSI model). Configuration and troubleshooting of DNS servers for name resolution, record types, and DNS propagation. Identifying and resolving issues like IP conflicts, DNS failures, routing issues, and physical layer (cabling, switches) problems. Reviewing and interpreting logs (syslog, event viewer, etc.) to diagnose system or network issues.
