What success looks like in this role: Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and analytics into channel and campaign performance for social media, digital advertising, search, SEO, content and website Streamline and enhance reporting processes for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives Proactively identify and recommend data-driven strategies to improve website performance and drive quality engagements Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and improve key performance metrics Continuously analyze and develop insights from analytics to support decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools for tracking and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders Manage data accuracy, attribution, and reporting systems Validate data integrity in all analyses performed You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience At least 2 years' experience with GA/GTM At least 2 years' experience in an analytical role, reporting on KPIs and providing insights to stakeholders Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as Content Square is a plus Strong ability to compile accurate reports and present findings in a clear, concise manner Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex topics to both internal and external stakeholders Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data integrity and accuracy Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, blood type, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
