Role Overview: Aligned to the strategic priorities of clients, as a Graphic Designer - Senior Analyst in the Talent & Organization team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive learner experiences, developing high-quality training solutions, and overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. Your role will involve designing, visualizing, and developing media projects of varying complexity levels while maintaining graphic standards and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret client and business requirements to create intuitive learner experiences and deliver effective training solutions - Provide support through various phases of development, integration, and deployment - Design, visualize, and develop independently for any media project, overseeing all design projects as a media lead - Develop high-end cutting-edge designs for complex projects and demo samples - Create graphics/media (UI, graphics, illustrations, and animations) ensuring quality levels - Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from storyboards/creative brief - Collaborate with communications consultants and instructional designers for visualization of graphics - Maintain graphic standards, guidelines, and checklists for projects - Demonstrate a result-oriented approach with the ability to solve problems in a diverse, multi-cultural environment - Have strong business acumen Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design - 2-8 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, advertising, and communications - Fair knowledge of e-learning and SCORM/AICC standards - Good understanding of learning design and development, learning architecture, and various rapid authoring tools (Note: The additional information section has been omitted as it repeats the educational qualification and experience details already mentioned in the Qualifications Required section.)
