Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Description

The Sr Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role includes understanding client requirements, preparing proposals/quotations, resolving issues, and supporting business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs and provide suitable products/solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for approvals
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery
• Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests
• Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets as assigned
• Attend meetings, reviews, and provide regular updates to management

• Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under pressure
• Good analytical and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field preferred)
• 3–10 years of experience in client handling/account management
• Experience in the same industry (optional but preferred)
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
