Job Description

To manage dealership finance and accounting tasks including vehicle billing, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, tax filing, and supporting internal audits.

Handle vehicle billing, loan documentation, and invoice generation.
Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, receipts, expenses, petty cash).
Perform bank reconciliations, and monitor cash & credit transactions.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns.
Track dealer incentive claims and follow up
Coordinate with auditors for monthly/annual reports.
Manage accounts, billing, receivables/payables, and vendor reconciliations.

Requirements: AUTOMOBILE SEGMENT EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter.

Strong knowledge of Tally/SAP and Indian taxation laws.
Good leadership and communication skills
Handle GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
Prepare MIS reports, monitor expenses, and support management decisions.
Coordinate with Sales & Service teams for financial tracking.
Lead and guide the accounts team.

Pay: ₹15,000.52 - ₹32,000.00 per month
