Job Description

Responsible for managing and motivating the commercial vehicle sales team to meet sales targets, build customer relationships, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery and documentation processes. Lead and guide a team of vehicle sales executives. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for trucks, buses, or LCVs. Handle key customer negotiations (fleet operators, logistics companies, contractors, etc.). Plan and execute local marketing and customer outreach activities. Ensure follow-up with finance, insurance, and RTO departments for timely vehicle delivery. Maintain MIS reports and report team performance to the Sales Manager. Train and monitor team on product knowledge, customer handling, and CRM usage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,279.09 - ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Warangal, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: Telugu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
