Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our evening shift team at our Rajpura office. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all financial transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.

This role offers a great opportunity to work with international clients and gain hands-on experience in global accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
• Record journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, and handle month-end closings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and team leads to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Communicate effectively with international clients and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support audit and compliance processes as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours:

• Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Overtime (OT): Paid for additional working hours.
