Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare complex financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support business decisions.

- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.

- Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance.

Required Skills:

- Advanced Accounting Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop complex financial models.

- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor and manage teams.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide insights that drive business decisions.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and Tally.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of financial management and leadership.
