Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Manager at our company in Noida, your main responsibility will be to ensure the overall growth of the assigned account by managing all stakeholders internally and externally. You will be required to maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, conduct market research, and ensure smooth and timely delivery of all client requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in closing sales, liaising with internal teams, and developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships by regularly engaging with clients, spreading awareness, and building strong customer relationships - Conduct market research to gather intelligence on clients, their market, competitors, and industry - Ensure smooth and timely delivery of all client requirements, including project reports, escalations, meeting minutes, and more - Track contract signing, agreement receipt, and overdue collections - Work alongside business leaders to close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, preparing contracts, and overcoming objections - Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts/leads - Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned account - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall Account Management process - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in any field (B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred) - MBA or other management qualification (Regular MBA preferred) Experience Required: - Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience as an Account Manager in the International or Domestic domain - In-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management and Digital Marketing client management - Thorough understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile application development, and digital marketing Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel - Understanding of Account performance metrics - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude - Strong presentation skills - Integrity, accountability, and proactive mindset - Out-of-the-box thinker with attention to detail - Ability to build partnerships and trust - Customer-centric approach with agility in nature,
