Key Responsibilities: • Architect Enterprise BI Solutions: Design and implement scalable Power BI architecture across complex enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with data strategy and business objectives. • Data Architecture Leadership: Lead the design of semantic models, complex data transformations, and optimized DAX calculations across large data sets and distributed systems. • Power BI Governance: Define and implement Power BI governance strategy, including workspace management, content lifecycle, usage monitoring, version control, and security protocols. • Azure Ecosystem Integration: Architect and optimize BI solutions integrated with Azure services including Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Purview. • Enterprise Data Strategy: Contribute to enterprise data architecture decisions, including modeling standards, metadata management, data quality, and master data strategies. • Mentorship & Enablement: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers, analysts, and business users; establish enterprise standards for data visualization, reporting, and performance optimization. • Performance & Scalability: Drive tuning and optimization of Power BI models, datasets, and reports for enterprise-scale usage (millions of rows, complex logic, large user base). Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior executives, data owners, and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, align BI outputs with strategic goals, and translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
