We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to play a critical role in driving revenue by securing sponsorships for our events, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sponsorship sales and a proven track record of success in this area.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to secure sponsorships for our events, programs, and initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and negotiate contracts to meet their needs.
Conduct market research to identify new sponsorship opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing sponsors and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sponsorship sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the events, programs, and initiatives that Traicon Events Pvt Ltd offers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
