Sr. Marketing Executive

Purpose of this Role:

To enhance the customer value towards brand & create strong brand value proposition by evolving the right mix of marketing & brand management strategies targeted towards customer satisfaction & enhanced sales growth.

Responsibilities of this Role

Reporting and updating key developments in Battery, Auto, and Lube trade, along with competition activities, to the Branch/Regional Head on a regular basis.

Preparing and updating the universe of Battery/Auto/Lube trade database in the assigned markets.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Amaron, Elito, and Lube divisions.

Identify and develop new markets, expand dealer/franchisee network, and ensure effective market coverage and penetration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and mechanics to ensure product availability, visibility, and loyalty.

Execute trade schemes, consumer promotions, and local marketing activities to drive sales and market share.

Ensure effective product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail counters for higher visibility.

Plan and monitor stock requirements at distributor and dealer levels to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Continuously monitor competitor movements, pricing, and new product launches; share actionable insights with the management.

Conduct mechanic meets, influencer programs, and loyalty initiatives to enhance market pull and engagement.

Ensure timely collection of payments from franchisee in line with company credit policies.

Conduct product knowledge sessions and sales training programs for dealers, retailers, and franchisee sales teams.

Coordinate with service and technical teams for prompt resolution of dealer and customer complaints.

Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms for lead tracking, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
