Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Sponsorship Manager at Sunburn Union. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for sponsorship sales, developing and executing sales strategies, managing sponsor relationships, and driving revenue through partnerships. The role includes understanding and implementing sponsor-committed deliverables, overseeing sponsorship activation, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and tracking cost to the company as well as targets and revenue achieved through sponsorships. You will also collaborate closely with the event management team to ensure seamless sponsor integration across all events.

• Experience in sponsorship activation and event management
• Ability to understand, document, and execute sponsor deliverables
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sponsorship targets and revenue goals
• Skilled at tracking ROl, costs, and deliverables for sponsors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
