Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Sunburn Union Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the venue’s social media marketing strategies, communication plans, content creation, and social media optimization to grow online presence and engagement. The role includes budgeting and managing ad spends, executing marketing plans, following established SOPs, capturing and shooting live content during events, and adapting or recreating trending content from other platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Experience budgeting ads and planning end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Skilled at shooting and editing live event content
• Experience developing content strategies and adapting trends creatively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Familiarity with the nightlife and entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
