Sponsorship Manager Primary Role: Develop and manage sponsorship strategies to secure funding, partnerships, and in-kind support for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors that align with the organization’s values and goals. Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring long-term engagement. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties in approval and regular alignment with ISSO Management policies Sponsorship Activation: Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including branding, promotions, and hospitality. Event Collaboration: Work closely with event teams to integrate sponsor branding and visibility into events. ROI Reporting: Track sponsorship performance and provide reports demonstrating impact and value to sponsors.
