As a Corporate Communications professional, you will be part of a dynamic, collegial, and inclusive working environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will work on a wide range of communication initiatives to support the firm’s external and internal branding efforts. You will design and implement comprehensive employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and reinforce the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice. You will also develop and manage employee advocacy programs to amplify the employer brand through authentic employee stories via suitable channels. Additionally, you will manage relationships with branding and design vendor-partners to ensure they align with the firm’s branding goals and design guidelines. You will work with various stakeholders across the firm to identify suitable events for sponsorship and participation, ensuring alignment with strategic employer branding goals. Furthermore, you will help organize both internal and external events, ensuring that all materials and branding assets are in line with the firm’s branding strategy. You will develop compelling content for external branding initiatives, including drafting materials for campus branding, leadership speeches, newsletters, press releases, social media, and other communication channels. You will also support internal communications and branding efforts as needed, ensuring consistency in core messages and communication touchpoints. Finally, you will write, edit, and review complex documents such as business proposals, detailed reports, and comprehensive communication assets that support the firm’s business communication objectives.
